Mitsuko Aida

Mitsuko Aida (合田 美津子 Aida Mitsuko), née Mitsuo Takemoto (竹本 美津子 Takemoto Mitsuko), is the mother of Yūta Takemoto who works as a nurse and she has gotten remarried to Kazuo Aida when Takemoto finished junior high school.

Etymology[]

  • The name Mitsuko means "beautiful" (美) (mi), "haven, port, harbor, ferry" (津) (tsu) and "child" (子) (ko).
  • Mitsuko's surname Aida means "fit, suit, join, 0.1" (合) (ai) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).
    • Her former surname Takemoto means "bamboo" (竹) (take) and "base, root, origin" (本) (moto).

Trivia[]

  • Like Yūta Takemoto, Mitsuko has a tendency not to ask people for help because she does not want to burden them with her troubles.
